Shodokan Aikido in Sussex. The Shodokan system is all about structured learning, from basic principles to effective, applied aikido. Our lead instructor is Paul Bonett, 6th Dan SAF and BAA with over 40 years' experience. (Also 4th Dan, Shotokan karate).
