Our Dojo
Henbo aikido dojo is a member of the Macedonian aikido federation - Aikikai Macedonia. The aikido practiced at Henbo is the aikido developed by the founder Morihei Ueshiba.
It is being studied according the didactical system made by Masatomi Ikeda sensei. This system is characterized by an exceptional methodology for teaching and learning, and it provides understanding of the authenticity of aikido and its core principle of no-resistance.

Mr. Damjan Cingarski
(Aikido - 4th Dan)
Involved with Aikido for more then 20 years. Visits seminars of different teachers around the world. His main teacher is Michele Quaranta sensei. He follows the teachings and the methodology of Masatomi Ikeda sensei.
